Simone Knight is a proven innovator and senior marketing executive with a track record of accelerating growth, leveraging data to build brands, and creating operational efficiencies. Simone has over 20 years of leadership expertise in the areas of marketing strategy, business transformation, performance marketing, and lean six sigma process improvement. She’s a charismatic change agent focused on innovation and the future of immersive digital marketing. As a born storyteller, Simone uses her mix of creative, analytical, and leadership skills to inspire breakthrough performance in others. That's how she drives innovation wherever she goes.

After starting her career as an electrical engineer, Simone is now a seasoned senior marketing executive, with a history of innovation, leadership, and results in leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches, optimizing customer acquisition initiatives and developing promotional strategies for the US and emerging markets. She's held leadership roles at iconic global brands like, Corning Inc, FedEx Express and Univision Communications. In her most recent role as SVP of Marketing Strategy and Engagement at Univision Communications, she led a staff of 100+ award-winning marketing strategists and creatives while overseeing media inventory worth over $1 Billion. Under her leadership, the brand experienced explosive growth in digital reach and engagement, which can be directly attributed to her focus on data-driven marketing and upskilling staff for organizational readiness.

Simone has a passion for education and believes in developing the next generation of leaders. She taught project management at Nova Southeastern University and is a sought-after leader, board advisor, and keynote speaker. She previously served on the boards of both the Project Management Institute's South Florida chapter and the Miami Dade College Business School Advisory Committee. Simone led a successful management consulting firm called StockTheMind for 10 years. Her leadership accomplishments were recognized with features at professional conferences as well as in business publications, like Entrepreneur Magazine.

Today, Simone is a Board Advisor for the Glynn Capital portfolio of brands and serves as a Board Member for Informed Families, a Florida based nonprofit, with a mission to keep kids safe, healthy, and drug-free.
